HEAL Ecosystem Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing HEAL Ecosystem for your learning journey. We are committed to providing a transformative experience through our online courses. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

1. Course Enrollment Cancellation (Addressing Points 1, 2, and 3)

The policy outlines cancellation terms for the 12-meeting online course.

Cancellation more than 7 days prior to the start of the online course:

  • Participants may cancel their enrollment for a full refund.

  • Alternatively, participants may opt to transfer their enrollment to a future course session at no additional charge, subject to availability.

Cancellation between 3 and 7 days prior to the start of the online course:

  • Participants may cancel their enrollment for a 50% refund.

  • Alternatively, participants may opt to transfer their enrollment to a future course session, subject to availability, for a transfer fee of $50, which is charged to cover administrative costs.

Cancellation less than 3 days prior to the start of the online course OR after the course has begun:

  • Due to the interactive nature of our small group courses and the resources allocated, cancellations made within 3 days of the course start date or at any point after the course has commenced are not eligible for a refund.

  • In standard cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the course start date, while refunds are not eligible, participants may contact us to inquire about a small, partial credit towards non-course future programs, recognizing the principle of proportionality.

  • In exceptional circumstances, such as documented medical emergencies, military deployment, bereavement, or equivalent serious personal crises that constitute unforeseen hardship, please contact us at [email protected]. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be eligible for a partial credit towards future programs.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. The date the email is received will be considered the cancellation date.

2. Missed Meetings

  • Individual Meeting Absences: Refunds or credits are not provided for individual course meetings missed by a participant.

  • We understand that unforeseen events can occur. To support your learning, all course sessions will be recorded and made available to participants, allowing you to review content from missed meetings. You may also communicate with your mentor for a summary of missed content.

3. Refunds and Processing

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days following approval of the cancellation request. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

    • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company/bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.

    • If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

4. Course Cancellation by IOLEE Ecosystem Ltd DBA 'HEAL ecosystem'

  • In the rare event that HEAL Ecosystem must cancel a course session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, insufficient enrollment, technical issues), affected participants will be offered:

    • A full refund.

    • The option to transfer their enrollment to a future course session at no additional charge.

  • We will notify affected participants as soon as possible via email.

5. Program Changes

  • HEAL Ecosystem reserves the right to make minor adjustments to course content, schedule, or instructors as necessary.

    Such changes will not be grounds for a refund unless they fundamentally alter the nature of the course experience. If HEAL Ecosystem makes changes that fundamentally alter the course experience, participants shall have the right to a remedy, which includes the option of a full refund.
